Stan Lee Presents: The Condor
Parent and Kid Reviews
What's the Story?
Tony Valdez is a teen skateboard champ who loses his researcher parents in what appears to be an accident. In his grief, he becomes The Condor, a superhero who both fights crime and desires vengeance against the criminals who killed his family.
Is It Any Good?
This short movie is no classic, but it's remarkably respectful of its characters' Latino culture and family bonds. This origin story ends too soon; Tony and his skateboard could use a glossy Marvel-style reboot.
