The Hills Have Eyes (2006)

It is a masterpiece remake of the 1970s Wes cravin film. The movie is so good but quite disturbing for some. There are scenes of animal deaths and one rape but the movie prevails with good vs evil and good winning. It is very dark and messed up but done so well.

This is up there with my favorite horror movies . this movie is obviously very disturbing with the rape scene and violence, if you dont have a strong stomach I dont recommend watching this as it's just filled with gore. I personally love this movie and I first watched it when I was 7... wouldn't recommend watching at that age but overall just watch with caution and if you do get squeamish about rape once the guy named lizard does the thing with the bird and kicks his brother Pluto out of the way from the girl you should skip if for about a minute as i believe the rape scene is only 40 something seconds

Lot's of violence in this movie but it's really fun

I hear people here talking about a rape scene, but I dont recall that, but I did use the bathroom so I guess I might've missed it.

I recently just watched this movie and i'm obsessed! I love all things horror so this is absolutely perfect to me. I was personally unbothered by most of the content in this movie, but it does have a lot of upsetting scenes and imagery. I think that if your teen is mature and has seen other movies like this; they should be fine. I do think that there is a lot of content here that could potentially scar your child, so if your child is younger than 15/14 absolutely DO NOT let them see this!

Reasonably suspensful, but if your looking for some thrills i would go for something a little scarier. not the best family horror movie, but not a bad one for a scary movie night. unless you dont like cliffhangers.
