This is a series of very short stories that are meant for quick laughs and not much else. Villains in Agent P Under C put themselves in far-fetched situations to try and gain the upper hand in the most cartoonish, villainous ways possible. But Agent Perry, the platypus, gets even wilder in his ways of going undercover and stopping them. It's definitely not a series meant to educate viewers, but it's bound to bring smiles to fans of Phineas and Ferb, if only for a few minutes.
