What's the Story?

DOGGYLAND is Snoop Dogg's kid-friendly series of YouTube videos, with a group of colorful 3D animated puppies singing and dancing to popular nursery rhymes like "Wheels on the Bus" and "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star." The puppies are led by an adult dog with braids voiced by Snoop himself. Some videos feature educational lessons like reciting the ABCs, while others focus on social-emotional skills like kindness and sharing.

Is It Any Good?

Our review:
Parents say ( 3 ):
Kids say ( 4 ):

Preschoolers will be drawn to the vibrancy of the characters and the catchy rhymes, while adults can rest assured that none of Snoop's adult-oriented interests make their way into the videos. He does a good job narrating and singing as the "Bow Wizzle" character, and the channel features helpful messages about self-confidence and diversity. It's nice too that the video about sharing goes beyond the concept of sharing material items, and emphasizes the importance of being able to share your feelings with others. Doggyland's production value isn't exactly dazzling -- the characters and animation have a pretty generic look -- but little kids aren't likely to care.
