What's the Story?

FBI: INTERNATIONAL is a spin-off of the FBI franchise on CBS and follows America's team of FBI agents overseas. Each week, the team solves cases that involve American interests or threaten American safety domestically and abroad.

Is It Any Good?

Our review:
Parents say : Not yet rated
Kids say ( 1 ):

This series had a ton of razzle-dazzle thanks to the two other FBI franchise series airing tie-in episodes leading up to its premiere, but FBI International turns out to be more the same type of typical CBS procedural.

Granted, the series clearly has to find its mojo and develop chemistry between the actors, who seem more like a ragtag group rather than a well-oiled machine. But moments of American imperialism drag the pilot down, and the FBI agents themselves don't have much in the way of personality aside from the usual "my life is my job" vibe many characters in procedurals have. For right now, FBI: International is a little mindless, going through the usual tasks of a procedural without bringing anything new to the table.
