But each community he visits is proud of its local fare, and those who prepare it note how important it is to call each dish by its name because it represents a specific culture. Though the overall production is pretty low-budget, and Memo Villegas' silly and sometimes sarcastic narration of events seems out of step with the overall positive focus on Mexican food and culture, Garnachas: Glorious Street Food! makes for a mouth-watering watch.
