What's the Story?
Best friends Loomis (Benjamin Mackey) and Darly (Cassie Glow) are MAGICAMPERS, mixed-breed creatures with magical powers who attend a day camp at Magicamp Island. Together with other campers, they embark on quests that help them discover more about their environment, their abilities, and themselves. Since they're still learning to use their powers, trouble abounds—but with teamwork, everything works out.
Is It Any Good?
Beautiful animals, magic, and cutesy characters—what more could a preschool show ask for? Magicampers is colorful, funny, and full of charm, delivering a series that entertains while showing young kids that acquiring social skills isn't always a straight path. Characters make mistakes, misbehave, then learn from them, just like real kids do. And while the whimsical setting is magical and imaginative, the emotions and challenges characters face remain relatable to the target audience.
