Morphle and the Magic Pets
What's the Story?
In MORPHLE AND THE MAGIC PETS, Mila (voiced by Lexie Foley) and Jordie (Ayden Elijah) are step-siblings and best friends who live with their newlywed parents and Mila's magical pet, Morphle. Together, they go on amazing adventures solving problems, keeping magic pets out of trouble, and finding magic matches for new pets in the neighborhood. With Morphle's shape-shifting abilities and the kids' creative thinking, they find ways to solve anything!
Is It Any Good?
A step up from the previous iterations, this spin-off has better animation, stories, and representation. While Morphle and the Magic Pets is perfectly appropriate for 3 to 5-year-olds, it misses that extra spark. In a sea of preschool shows that have something meaningful to share alongside entertainment, it might not stand out.
Talk to Your Kids About ...
Families can talk about the power of imagination in Morphle and the Magic Pets. Morphle can always help his friends with his shape-shifting abilities. What shape would you want to become to help someone?
Mila and Jordi are step-siblings who recently moved in together. Ask your kids to consider what that means for Jordi, who is moving into Mila's house. What are some ways Mila can make Jordie feel at home?
Mila is very creative and has created several new holidays, such as Petsgiving and Parents Day. Why do you think it's important for her to celebrate her pets and parents? What would you like to celebrate if you had a chance to create a brand new holiday?
