What's the Story?
RILAKKUMA'S THEME PARK ADVENTURE begins when Rilakkuma wins tickets to Nakasugi Land theme park. With the theme park scheduled to close soon, he heads off with Korilakkuma, Kiiroitori, and Kaoru for a fun-filled adventure. Mishaps are afoot from the time the group enters the park gates. From mistaken identity to a power outage and everything in between, the day doesn't go as planned. But with Rilakkuma's easy going attitude, there's always time for the cuddly bear to have fun and make new friends.
Is It Any Good?
This series has sweet messages about the fun nature of serendipitous adventures. Rilakkuma's Theme Park Adventure is sure to be hit with fans of the beloved anime characters and the original Rilakkuma and Kaoru series. The show's soft color palette, stop-animation, and plush characters are unique and eye catching. However, the show's slower pace may not sustain show younger's viewers attention, and the lack of diverse characters on screen is somewhat disappointing. That said, you never know what adventures these quirky characters may go on next!
