What's the Story?
SCAVENGERS REIGN follows the surviving crew of The Demeter, a cargo spaceship that's been stranded on an unfamiliar planet. Three groups, separated by the crash landing, take on wondrous but perilous journeys as they make their way back to the main ship.
Is It Any Good?
This bizarre but beautiful sci-fi adult cartoon is a weird and touching reminder that life goes on amidst all odds. Scavengers Reign blends introspective slice-of-life drama with deadly action and adventure in an abstract but compelling story. The show's morally gray characters and ambiguous themes leave viewers with a lot to ponder. It's a good starting point for deeper conversations on philosophy, nature of humanity, society, and hope.
