What's the Story?

SUPER/NATURAL takes viewers deep inside the natural habitats of animals from around the globe. Cameras climb to the top of the Italian Alps, explore the Costa Rican jungle, plunge into the Iceland Sea, and traipse across the Serengeti -- just to name a few habitats. Viewers are offered a glimpse into "a world of extraordinary animals with hidden powers and super senses."

The series highlights rivals, such as drongos and meerkats; great migrators, such as whales; and unexpected allies such as cocktail ants and trees. Audiences learn about animal behavior, such as diet, habitat, mating practices, family structures, and much more. Every day brings new threats, and victories in the animal kingdom.
