Baby's First RomCom

I'll keep it short and sweet. It's a cute slice of life romantic comedy around middle school kids. There's nothing really here to cause alarm. The female MC does call the male MC a pervert like maybe twice but it's always in a joking manner. Once when she does a flip over a pull up bar in a skirt male MC is looking away as to not see her underwear in case her skirt comes up but is worried about her cheating in the game they are playing so he looks only to see she's wearing gym shorts underneath. The other is more innocent than that.

Fans of romantic comedies and slice-of-life anime will enjoy this wholesome coming-of-age story. Teasing Master Takagi-san captures the best moments of the middle school experience: making good memories with friends. The main story focuses on the relationship between Nishikata and Takagi; their interactions organically capture the feeling of what it's like to have a first crush. The colorful art and solid animation are well done and add to the bubbly feeling of the anime. Character animations and expressions really sell what the characters are thinking and feeling. Overall, the anime is simple but a fun, enjoyable to watch.
