Parents need to know that The Adventure of Paddington is a charming 3D animated series featuring a young Paddington Bear. What's the story?
Based on the book character created by author Michael Bond, THE ADVENTURES OF PADDINGTON is an updated installment of the Paddington Bear franchise. Each episode features Paddington (voiced by the films' Ben Whishaw), who lives in London with Henry, Mary, Judy, and Jonathan Brown. He writes often to his Aunt Lucy about all the new things he’s learning. From trying to find a hobby that suits him, to accidentally using an antique stamp to mail a letter, the young Paddington has a lot of misadventures. But whatever mishaps occur, Paddington perseveres, and finds happiness in everything he does.
Is it any good?
This charming animated series offers lots of fun adventures and colorful mishaps. The Adventures of Paddington is a charming remake of the 1990s cartoon. The younger Paddington is gentle and polite, but his youth makes him sweeter and more curious. Meanwhile, his adoptive family and others offer him suggestions and advice to help him overcome whatever challenges he is facing. But it still offers some energetic moments, which will certainly elicit some chuckles. Overall, it's a sweet, entertaining show that preschoolers will enjoy.
