What's the Story?
TIM REX IN SPACE follows the dino-tastic adventures of T. rex Tim (voiced by Cassian Swann-McKee), his family and friends—all dinosaurs who happen to live in space. Their world looks a little like our own, but with colorful fauna, spaceships, and shooting stars. Their problems and adventures, however, are exactly the same: playing at home without disturbing a working parent or finding ways to recover your sister's birthday balloon that's stuck up a tree. Alongside his siblings Tia and Tommy and his best friend, Kai, Tim Rex finds creative solutions by working together and keeping up a good spirit; all with space-sized doses of fun and a mighty good roar!
Is It Any Good?
Space and dinos are just the backdrop for a show about relationships, growing up, and learning from family. Tim Rex in Space is, at its core, a show about young kids growing up together: having fun, making mistakes, and learning along the way. Perhaps what makes it stand out is how involved the parents are in teaching and guiding the kids.
Great for preschoolers looking for thoughtful entertainment, the show has a space setting that allows for fantastical scenarios and wild ideas that color relatable life experiences. Expect cute voices, catchy music, and lots of heart.
