The amusing series features videos taken of young and tween kids as they talk, play, and react to some unexpected circumstances in hopes of iliciting giggles from an older viewing audience. While some Totally Funny Kids behave a certain way in front of the camera at the behest of whomever is recording, other clips capture natural moments in which children offer unexpected reactions or end up in zany or unanticipated circumstances. It's all offered in good fun, but there are scenes that show children getting into potentially serious accidents (like being slammed in the face by a baby in a swing), the aftermath of which aren't shown.
