What's the Story?
VANDERPUMP DOGS stars reality celebrity Lisa Vanderpump as she helps pamper pups and match dogs with Los Angeles canine lovers. The Vanderpump Dogs Rescue Center has rescued and rehomed over 2000 pooches since 2016. It also provides upscale grooming services and sells high-end doggie bling. With the help of folks like veterinarian Andrew Y. Kushnir, groomers Brian Marshall and Patrick Miller Wren, and trainer Madeline Quint, they medically assist, style, and train dogs to prepare them for adoption. Social media manager Summer Loftis and communications director Kendall Young ensure that the rescue and adoption services continue to run smoothly. Together they provide a loving and chic place where the animals can get VIP treatment while they wait for the perfect human to love.
Is It Any Good?
The fun, unscripted series features the staff of the Vanderpump Dogs Rescue Center bringing in and evaluating new dogs, giving them new looks, and working with them to be more social. Viewers also get to see the luxury center, which boasts velvet living room furniture and open spaces designed for pooches to enjoy. But at the core of the show is Lisa Vanderpump interviewing potential adopters, and introducing them to lovely pups. Dog lovers should find Vanderpump Dogs heartwarming and entertaining.
