Did we miss something on diversity?
Research shows a connection between kids' healthy self-esteem and positive portrayals in media. That's why we've added a new "Diverse Representations" section to our reviews that will be rolling out on an ongoing basis. You can help us help kids by suggesting a diversity update.

What Parents Need to Know
Parents need to know that Draw With Us! includes tools for very young app users to create pictures by drawing, painting, and adding stickers and photos to the blank page. The "mirror function" creates perfectly symmetrical shapes as kids draw on one side of the page and it fills in the other side with the same line. Kids can choose from the cute premade stickers grouped in sets, paint with big or small brushstrokes and colors, draw with a thin or thick pencil line, and add and alter their own photos. The auto-save function means young kids don't need to remember to save their work. New sticker themes appear regularly.

What’s It About?
Tap on the DRAW WITH US! - STICKERS, PHOTOS, PENCILS, & FUN FOR KIDS start button and view the blank canvas page. Sticker categories are on the right, colors are on the left, and drawing and photo tools are on the bottom of the screen. Tap to select, swipe a finger to move stickers, draw lines, or change colors. Tap the green check mark to add and the red "x" to delete. The back arrow erases, step by step, and the garbage can deletes the entire picture. Tap the home button at any time to return to the main screen and view your gallery.
Is It Any Good?
Draw With Us! - Stickers, Photos, Pencils & Fun for Kids can help very young kids develop confidence in their digital creativity skills by providing a tool that's easy to use but with enough options to make endless, one-of-a-kind pictures. There are so many helpful tools for first-time digital artists: A back arrow that easily erases a little artist's most recent line; the cool "mirror feature" that allows kids to draw perfect symmetrical shapes with one tap; and the auto-save feature that ensures little kids won't lose their creations. The stickers -- conveniently organized in categories that help kids craft visual stories -- are highly creative, and they may help reluctant drawers get started with a sticker, then add their own sketches and colors to the stickers on the page. Draw With Us! is an excellent choice for a first art-creating app.
Talk to Your Kids About ...
Families can talk about the details in the pictures your kid created. Use visual words such as "thick" and "thin" lines, "wide" and "narrow" brushstrokes, and "dark" and "light" color.
Once kids have created a few pictures on this app, encourage them to make up a story through the sticker characters they choose and add their own drawn details.
Remind your kid to check out the new (sometimes seasonal) sticker choices that might spark a new creative work or story.
