What Parents Need to Know
Parents need to know that this app version of the classic paint spinning wheel is easy enough for older preschool kids but will also be fun for older kids as they sit in the orthodontist's waiting room with nothing to do.

Is It Any Good?
Kids will love this app's easy creation of something spectacular looking. SpinArt is like a potter's wheel combined with a Spirograph, the '60s geometrical drawing toy. Flick to spin the blank canvas, choose a color and splat size, and apply the tip of your finger. Vary colors and pressure and voila, a finished piece that would look at home in a MOMA.
