What Parents Need to Know
Parents need to know that Super Slime Blitz - Gumball Endless Arcade Climber is an endless-runner game -- only in this case, you're eternally working to climb higher rather than run along a path. Note that kids will see lots of ads and get rewards for watching them, even beyond the subtle marketing of Cartoon Network itself. Parents should also be aware that there are in-game purchase options. The currency is earned by achievements in the game or by watching extra ads. Read the app's privacy policy to find out about the types of information collected and shared.

What’s It About?
As with most endless runner/jumper games, there's really not much of a story in SUPER SLIME BLITZ - GUMBALL ENDLESS ARCADE CLIMBER. You'll hop from ledge to ledge, breaking down blocks in your way and dodging slime that occasionally shoots across the screen at a fairly slow pace. Along the way, you'll collect coins and keys, which can be used to unlock additional characters and power-ups. When you don't complete a level, you can watch an ad to continue or you'll have to start over.
Is It Any Good?
Though you're not going to find anything revolutionary in this game, kids likely will love the familiar characters, but ads abound. Super Slime Blitz - Gumball Endless Arcade Climber is a fine game -- and one that's well-suited for kids, if you don't mind them watching ads -- but if you've played a couple examples of this sort of title, you already know what you're getting into. Dodge obstacles, break blocks to create a platform to jump onto, and upgrade your character or buy power-ups when you've collected enough coins. It's a solid time-waster that will entertain, but parents may want to talk through the use of ads as incentives to help kids get more media-savvy.
Talk to Your Kids About ...
Families can talk about ads and marketing. Why does Super Slime Blitz - Gumball Endless Arcade Climber have so many ads? What happens when you choose to watch an ad? Why do you think that is?
Talk about collecting. Is it appealing to collect different characters? Why, or why not?
