What Parents Need to Know
Parents need to know that TapQuiz Maps is an educational geography app where kids are given the name of a country, state, or province, and they tap it on the map. The game is broken down into world areas, and smaller regions within those areas. Kids are timed, and the app tracks answer accuracy. Statistics for each answer are kept, challenging kids to improve on previous scores and improve their overall statistics.

Is It Any Good?
TAPQUIZ MAPS is a straightforward app that will help kids learn the locations of countries around the world. Countries that have already been correctly identified do not gray out, however, so kids also need to remember which ones have already been matched up. For some areas of the world, this makes the game quite challenging. The border outlines of each country are a bit rough, but the countries are still clearly identifiable.
