Oceanhouse Media has established the benchmark by which all mobile books apps should be judged. Their version of Dr. Seuss's THE CAT IN THE HAT is no exception. It's a marvelous picture book adaptation that is masterfully performed, easy to follow, and has a great educational bonus with its "tap words" feature. The original story -- which has always been perhaps Seuss's most famous -- is well presented here. This app is great.
