What’s It About?
RISE LITTLE EARTHLING: THE PODCAST provides mindfulness activities for kids from birth through toddlerhood. Lights, an award-winning Canadian singer, guides listeners through affirmations, breathing techniques, and stretching exercises. The episodes geared toward infants guide parents on how to hold their babies and the language to use with their tiny ones, while episodes designed for toddlers talk directly to the kids.
Is It Any Good?
Each short episode of this podcast guides parents and their little ones through developmentally appropriate mindfulness activities, making it fun and easy to do them together.
