This podcast is a wonderful introduction to yoga for children, and a great way for kids to get active while also using their imaginations. Yoga Kids Adventure combines imaginative play and mindfulness with messages of self-love and kindness. The host gets kids excited about the journey while also maintaining a calm, clear tone for instruction. The soothing sound design complements the yoga adventures but doesn't overwhelm.

Children will enjoy playing along as they learn poses based on animals, trees, superheroes, and more. The host invites children to join in, but always gives the option of just listening as well. This is great for kids who like the opportunity to listen in first before choosing to participate. With its positive messages and screen-free approach, Yoga Kids Adventure is a fun way for kids to incorporate more movement into their day.
