Ninjago: Dragons Rising
What's the Story?
In NINJAGO: DRAGONS RISING, young Arin lost his family in the Merge, when all the mysterious realms merged with Ninjago. This event replaced Arin's home with a new blended city, known as the Crossroads. Alone, and without the help of the Ninja, Arin tries to take up the mantle of the Ninja on his own, studying the art on his own. When a baby dragon is brought to the city, things get complicated, and a new friend, Sora, has some ideas. Will winning a robot race give them enough cash to escape the Crossroads?
Is It Any Good?
This fun series requires a bit of knowledge of Ninjago lore, but also stands alone well enough. Once you figure out what's going on in Ninjago: Dragons Rising, there's lots of adventure to be had. Lego fans will enjoy going deeper into the Ninjago-verse, while parents may want to watch out for toy requests after viewing.
