What's the Story?
PIXAR IN REAL LIFE brings the magic of popular Disney Pixar characters and iconic scenes to the real world and shares those experiences with audiences at home through a hidden-camera technique. Folks around New York City unexpectedly find themselves interacting with characters from popular films like Brave, Up, and Wall-E. Some even get a chance to see key moments from films like Toy Story and Finding Dory being reenacted around them. Each situation is surprising, but it always manages to bring smiles to people's faces.
Is It Any Good?
This entertaining series features short live-action episodes of people surprised by the appearance of characters, or seemingly regular people reenacting recognizable Disney Pixar movie moments. Like many of the antics that take place throughout Disney theme parks, each event is designed to create entertaining and interactive experiences that bring the magic of the Disney Pixar universe to life. From Wall-E rolling out of a box on a sidewalk to Russell from Up interacting with people on a street corner trying to earn wilderness badges, you can't help but smile at both the actors and the bystanders caught up in each moment. Overall, Pixar in Real Life offers some fun moments that will amuse children and adults of all ages.
